I recently read Stephen King’s novel, The Running Man, and I truly enjoyed the plot and substance. The protagonist is real and easy to relate to compared to the one in the 80s movie. i was never able to pump it up like Arnold. Does anyone else have a comparison of the two, fiction vs. film opinions?
When it comes to film and fiction, I’m most likely to favor the book, based on my experience. However, there are some movies I’d choose over a novel. I think for me it depends on how fleshed out the characters are and how the plot is driven, as well as the subplots. But with the Running Man, I will choose the book version hands down!
The Running Man film.
